Hilton Okinawa Chatan Resort

Reception desk was super kind. Since my wife is pregnant, we assume they assigned the room nearby elevator. I have stayed in many hotel for business trip in Japan but Okinawa Hilton is the best hotel. All of employees were kind and nice. Room is very clean and neat. Nice view and Breakfast was okay. There is no reason to hesitate to stay in this hotel. Manger and Reception desk employees should be rewarded by Hilton hotel. Thank you.

The staff was amazing, including the management. I had a small problem during the breakfast. The solution and all the attention of the management was really outstanding. The professionalism and the kindness are really heart touching. Thanks for the amazing experience. My wife also loved. Thank you.

Room is spacious and access to the executive lounge is great. Convenient location and clean room.

The location was great, room and facilities were great too. Many restaurants around the hotel. It was of the only hotels that still had an indoor pool and outdoor pool open in November. It was too cold outside but we enjoyed the indoor pool. They had all the things that you need for children.
