Reception desk was super kind. Since my wife is pregnant, we assume they assigned the room nearby elevator. I have stayed in many hotel for business trip in Japan but Okinawa Hilton is the best hotel. All of employees were kind and nice. Room is very clean and neat. Nice view and Breakfast was okay. There is no reason to hesitate to stay in this hotel. Manger and Reception desk employees should be rewarded by Hilton hotel. Thank you.

It was super clean, our grand executive room has the best view of the ocean & American Village. They made our wedding anniversary super memorable & special! What we love the most is that the whole staff from servers, guest relations, managers, cleaning team, everyone are super friendly & helpful & always had a smile on their face. Japanese people are the most hardworking, down to earth & very respectful & helpful!
